William (Bill) Everett Bailey III died at the Hospice House of Hutchinson November 10, 2024. He was born July 5, 1959, to William Everett Jr. and Judy (Campbell) Bailey in Satanta, KS.
A 1978 graduate from Fairfield High School, Langdon, he was a lifelong laborer, traveling and building grain elevators. He owned and operated W.E.B Chimney Sweeps.
Bill never knew a stranger and was always willing to speak his mind even if you didn’t want to hear it. To know him was to know a genuine person. He did his best to help anyone in need.
He is preceded in death by his father’s David J. Anderson and William E. Bailey, Jr.; his brother, Dana Anderson; infant sister, Brenda Ann Bailey; nephew, JoeDee Lynn Bailey and niece, Jennifer Kay Hoover.
He is survived by his mother Judy Anderson; sisters Becky Colbert, Judi (Scott) Foster, Janet (Randy) Huitt, Jennifer (Joe) Perry; brother, JoeDee Bailey and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and customers.
Cremation has taken place. Celebration of life will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Wesley Towers Chapel, 3709 Asbury Place, Hutchinson, KS. Burial will take place in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, KS at a later date. Memorial contributions are suggested to Noel Lodge and can be sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
