KLETC graduates 275th class

YODER, Kan. — The Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center graduated the 275th basic training class on Friday. 

Sen. Jerry Moran gave the keynote address during the ceremony held at KLETC near Yoder. 

The class president for the 275th basic training class was Deputy Eli Miller of the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office. Miller is a former Hutchinson Community College student.

Deputy Miller’s career started at the Pottawatomie County Jail. He worked there for a year until he applied to become a deputy at the Pottawatomie Sheriff’s Office. 

Miller majored in accounting at HutchCC and participated in football and track for the Blue Dragons.
