
Jessica Jo Humphrey, 35, of Hutchinson, died May 2, 2021, at her home. She was born November 18, 1985, in Liberal, the daughter of Michael A. and Jacqualyn G. (Agan) Humphrey.
Jessica attended Hutchinson schools through the 11th grade and then was home schooled. She loved animals and caring for pets of all kinds. Jessica had a real heart for children, expressed through sponsoring children through World Vision and supporting efforts to stop human trafficking through World Vision and Operation Underground Railroad. She wanted to help find a cure for muscular dystrophy through tissue donation after her own death. Jessica was a member of Berean Baptist Church.
She is survived by: her mother, Jackie Humphrey of Hutchinson; brothers, Jensen Moye (Dawn) of Hutchinson, Jayme Humphrey (Alyssa) of Dodge City; nieces and nephew, Tessa Moye, Griffin and Aria Humphrey; and grandmother, Ruby Agan of Liberal.
Jessica was preceded in death by: her father, Michael Humphrey; grandparents, Frederick and Blanch Humphrey, and grandfather, Arleigh Agan.
A celebration of Jessica’s life will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 7, 2021, at Berean Baptist Church, 1620 Center St. Hutchinson. Friends may sign her memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary.
