HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Rise Up Reno will once again host its Youth Empowerment Summit (YES) in January. This year's event is set for Monday, Jan. 17, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hutchinson High School
YES is a free event for students grades 5 through 8. The event is led by high school students and features speakers, pizza, and activities to help students build leadership and advocacy skills. This year's keynote speaker is Brandon White. His speech will be followed by breakout sessions led by community members.
