Franklin Wayne Miller, 52, passed away in Texas on April 15, 2026. Born to Mark Long and Cindy Miller on December 4, 1973, in Hutchinson, Kansas.
He went to Hutchinson High School and finished school in Mineral Wells, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sterling Clyde, Jacqueline Miller and Phylliss Long and stepbrother Mark Long Jr.
He is survived by his parents, Cindy Miller Rizzo, stepfather Denny Rizzo, Father Mark Long and stepmother Debbie Gideon-Long. Siblings, shelly Miller, Shawns Wardynski, Clyde Rizzo, Jason Long and Jessica Long.
Franklin was a loving stepfather, brother, and son. He was a friend to all.
