LYONS, Kan. — The Rice County District Hospital is asking the Rice County community and neighbors to complete a confidential 10-minute survey to help them improve healthcare services and prioritize the heath needs in that community.
There are about 20 questions on the survey and most of them let you choose from options given to you, but there are four where you can write anonymously about your experiences.
