RILEY COUNTY —The Kansas State Board of Healing Arts has issued a Consent Order in which 51-year-old Kenyon L. Erickson, D.C., license number 01-04711, surrenders his license to practice, and such surrender shall be treated as a revocation, according to a statement from the board.

In April Ericson was found guilty and convicted of sexual battery in Riley County District Court. The conviction was based on Erickson's conduct during the course of treatment with a patient.

Erickson is also required to register as a sex offender for 15-years, according to the KBI registered offender web site.
