Kansas couple jailed after drug sales investigation

JACKSON COUNTY, Kan.—Law enforcement are investigating two suspects on drug allegations. On March 20,  sheriff's deputies arrested Randy Lee Hyatt Jr., 34 and Lisa Colleen Graffius, 39, both of Topeka, and booked them into the Jackson County Jail.

The couple was arrested on Jackson County District Court warrants that stemmed from a multi-month drug investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine into Jackson County.  The investigation led to a search warrant being served on January 6, 2026, at 12975 222nd Road, near Holton. Hyatt Jr. and Graffius previously lived at the residence.

Hyatt Jr. is in custody on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Graffius was booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of  possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
