Update: Two arrested on suspicion of Aggravated Assault Friday

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Law enforcement made two arrests Friday afternoon after they say two armed subjects entered a Hutchinson business.

Hutchinson police say a call came in at 3:21 p.m. Friday about two armed subjects at the Adams Street Auto Repair at 528 N. Adams.

The police identified the men as 48-year-old Kevin D. Shipman and 19-year-old Jesse D. Shipman.

Law enforcement closed off the area streets as they took both men in for one suspected count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. They are both still in the Reno County Correctional Facility. No one was hurt.
