HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Works announced Friday that starting on Tuesday, Apple Lane will be closed from 21st to 23rd Avenue, including all intersections. Contractors will be tearing out and installing new asphalt in that area.&nbsp;

Apple Lane from 17th to 20th Avenue is open to local traffic only. Work will continue on Apple Lane throughout the summer with a complete rebuild of the road north to 30th Avenue.
