Candace “Candy” J. “Raigosa” Parker, 61, of Hutchinson, died December 14, 2023, at Diversicare of Hutchinson. She was born July 4, 1962, in Hutchinson, the daughter of John and Josephine L. (Trujillo) Raigosa Jr.

Candy graduated from Hutchinson High School and Cranford College. She worked at the Reno County Courthouse, as a Trial Court Clerk II. She loved spending quality time with her family, in addition to her love for her pit bulls, Princess and Zayla. She also had a passion for motorcycle rides with her beloved husband.

On September 4, 2015, she married Homer Parker in Hutchinson. He survives. Other survivors include: niece, Kandi Schreiber and husband Aaron; great-niece, Madisen Talley and boyfriend Ty Dilbeck; nephew, Angel Raigosa; step-children, Desiree Parker and Garrett Parker; great-nephews, Matthew Talley, Antonio Raigosa, Dominic Raigosa; great-niece, Liliana Raigosa; step-grandchildren, Jacobi, Kasen, Crew, Cameron, Aaliyah, Xhalijah; and several other family members and friends, all of whom will miss her very much. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jonnie Raigosa and parents, John and Josephine Raigosa.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Thursday, December 21, 2023, at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, 211 E 5th, Hutchinson with Father Matt Glazier officiating. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. Family will be present to receive friends from 5pm to 9pm on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home.
