Vandalism, fire at Christian pregnancy center following Roe ruling

BOULDER COUNTY, CO —The FBI and their evidence response team have joined Longmont Public Safety in the investigation of vandalism and fire at a Christian pregnancy center following Friday's Supreme Court ruling on abortion.

Just before 3:30a.m. Saturday Longmont Public Safety responded to a reported fire at Life Choices, 20 Mountain View Avenue in Longmont, according to a media release.

The building sustained fire and heavy smoke damage. At the arrival of police and fire staff, the front of the property had been vandalized with black paint. This fire is being investigated as arson.

Investigators requested that those living between Collyer and Lashley (West and East) and 15th Avenue and 11th Avenue (North and South) check their surveillance video for any activity in the area between 2:45 am and 3:30 am.
