
The U.S. government sued California to stop it from enforcing stringent emission standards for heavy-duty trucks that President Trump recently declared void.

This all started when the Justice Department found out that the California Air Resources Board is defying Federal rules, and won’t allow manufacturers like International (Navistar), Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Mack and others, sell trucks in California that don't meet their standards.
Remember that those standards are over-ridden by Federal law.
