HUTCHINSON, Kan. — As part of the Hutchinson USD 308 Board of Education meeting Monday night, HCTEA is asking for approval to list the 2022-2023 building trades project home at 2905 Morris Rd. in Hutchinson for sale.
The list price for the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an unfinished basement will be $279,000. The property will be marketed through social media and news outlets.
A yard sign will also be placed in front of the house.
Monday's meeting is at 6 p.m. in the Administration Center at 1520 N. Plum.
