HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson is starting the Residential Street maintenance project with crack sealing which involves blowing out the cracks and filling them with tar prior to starting the chip seal process.
Crews are currently working in an area from Severance to Lorraine and 17th to 14th. Residents may want to have cars off the street as small debris may land on them. Crews need the street clear to fill all cracks.
