Karen Sue Dahl, 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 23rd , 2024. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Clyde Leslie Robinson and Betty Louise (Edwards) Robinson.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Darrell David Dahl (Dave) of 60 years; her father and mother along with her infant son Brian Dahl; son Mike Dahl and grandson Chase Stuckey.
Karen is survived by her son Darin and Julie Dahl of Towanda, Kansas; son Tim Dahl and Emma Tull of Valley Center, Kansas; daughter Amy and Shane Milligan of Norman, Oklahoma; daughter Beth Jolly of Maize, Kansas; 6 grandkids and many great grandkids; sister Sheri and Terry McMillen and numerous other family and friends.
Karen and Dave raised their children in Valley Center where they lived for many years. They moved to Howard, Kansas where she would open her own hair salon and cut hair for many years. Karen was known for her beautiful quilting abilities and her amazing culinary skills. She hosted some of the best dinners. Karen was an active member in her church where she loved to play the piano every Sunday. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, faith and kindness will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Graveside Service will be at 10:30 am. Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 at Hillside Cemetery, W. 125th N., Sedgwick, KS 67135.
