HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson announced on March 6, the water line on 17th Ave., east of Apple Lane, has been repaired, and subsequent street repair has begun.
The water line break was reported on Feb. 28. The break was on a 10-inch water line that was installed in 1967. It appeared to be the second such break on that line in February.
The Street Division plans to complete the street repair by Monday, March 13. Weather permitting, the road will be opened Monday, March 20 after allowing the concrete to properly cure.
