Rachel Caudillo, 91, died September 7, 2024, at Mennonite Friendship Communities, in South Hutchinson. She was born December 19, 1932, in Galva, to Juan and Tranquilina (Marquez) Razo.
Rachel was a homemaker and dedicated fully to her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys play, doing puzzles, reading, gardening, and cooking.
On October 5, 1949, she married Narciso Flores Caudillo in Hutchinson. They shared over 46 years of marriage, prior to his death on May 31, 1996.
Rachel is survived by: her sons, Benjamin (Linda) Caudillo, Ronald Caudillo, Joseph Caudillo; 3 grandchildren, Leticia Caudillo, Madelyn (Tony) Bianciella, Maurice (Murzaliene) Caudillo; 3 great-grandchildren, Erica Caudillo, Alejandro Caudillo, Alaric Caudillo; 3 great-great-grandchildren, Jayllen, Dominic, Lillyanna; and brothers, David and Tony Razo.
She was preceded in death by: her husband; parents; daughter, Susie Wilson; and grandson, Bruce Caudillo; brothers, Joe Razo, John Razo Jr; sisters, Ruth Garcia and Sara Vieyra.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, September 16, 2024, at Elliott Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. Friends may sign her memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary. Visitation will be Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
