HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson USD 308 Board of Education will take up the resignation of board member Greg Meredith at its meeting on Monday.
Meredith said in an April 14 email to Kail Denison, "I am moving to take a job in Lawrence, Kansas starting 4/24/23 and as such, I will no longer be eligible to serve on the USD 308 Board.
"Effective immediately, to allow for the Board to reorganize, I hereby resign from the Board, my position as President and from any related committees and connected organizations."
Meredith was the Vice President of Compliance & Ethics for Hutchinson Regional Medical Center before being let go as part of budget cuts at the hospital earlier this year.
