HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to Jason Probst of Circles of Hope Reno County, at this week's Circles meeting on Thursday, Jan. 11, Amanda Vega will help explain how to apply for help with utility bills through the Low Income Energy Assistance Program.
There will be people ready to help walk you through the online application.
Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. at Thorne Hall in Trinity United Methodist Church (17th and Main).
