Release from Midwest Superstore

After 26 years of dedicated service to Midwest Ford-Toyota aka Midwest Superstore, Susan Kienzle, Midwest Parts Counter Salesperson is setting her sights on a well-deserved retirement and spending more time on the links playing golf!

Susan began her career in 1970 at Davis Child Chevrolet as a parts delivery driver. Davis Child moved to the current dealership building on 30th Street, changing its name several times before becoming Jeff O’Neal Chevrolet, eventually becoming Jeff O’Neal Ford-Toyota. Susan moved to the counter retail position in the parts department during that transition and in 2005 Jeff was bought out by Les Eck and the dealership name changed to Midwest Superstore where she has remained our champion parts retail salesperson since.

The entire dealership benefitted from Susan’s leadership and passion for the dealership, our customers and her fellow employees. We will always remember her contribution to the success of our company, the great customer service she gave our loyal customers and all the representation in the local golf tournaments! All of us at Midwest Superstore would like to wish Susan a Happy Retirement! You will be missed!
