HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Hutchinson man was arrested after yelling at employees and smashing dishes at the Olive Garden in Hutchinson Monday night.
According to Hutchinson Police Lt. Dustin Loepp, police were called around 8:45 p.m. to the restaurant, where 28-year-old Lionel Reyes Santos was upset due to a personnel matter between the business and a relative of his that worked at the restaurant.
Olive Garden temporarily started evacuating employees before officers arrived.
Santos was arrested and charged with 2 counts of battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.
