HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson USD 308 School Board will meet thins evening to go over the latest update on negotiations with the local teachers union for a new contract. The matter will be discussed in executive session.
The board will also get an update from the staff of Wiley Elementary School on their redesign project. The school was recently given the go-ahead by the state to enter into the Apollo redesign program after making its presentation two weeks ago.
The Board will discuss pay rates for classified and administrative staff and go over possible changes to the schools gating criteria to keep as many students in class as possible.
Tonight’s meeting of the Hutchinson USD 308 School Board begins at 7 p.m. at the Career and Technical Education Academy.
