Arlen L. Dick died August 7, 2022 at Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community, Buhler. He was born September 1, 1931 at Burrton, to William T. and Elizabeth (Regier) Dick. He was a member of Buhler Mennonite Church.
Arlen graduated from Buhler High School in 1949. He then began farming which was a life-long passion. Farming “out west” near Cimarron, KS was his favorite place to be. He enjoyed coffee time at the Buhler café, swapping farm stories.
On February 7, 1965, he married Dorothy Krehbiel in Kingman, and they had two sons. He is survived by his wife; sons, Russell (Melaney), and Todd; grandsons, Nate and Ethan; and sister, Joyce (Charlie) Watkins. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Milton.
Graveside services will be held at 9:45 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Buhler Municipal Cemetery. Memorial services will follow at 11:00 a.m., Saturday at Buhler Mennonite Church. Friends may call from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 12 at Buhler Mortuary, with family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
