The annual Reno County Tax Sale will take place at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30th, 2025, at Memorial Hall, 101 S. Walnut St., Hutchinson.
Residents interested in purchasing properties at auction can view a current list of available parcels by visiting www.whiteoakhomesks.com and clicking on the “Auction” tab located on the far right of the homepage. The list is also available on the Reno County website under the Legal Notices and Bids page at www.renocountyks.gov/Legal-Notices-and-Bids
Potential buyers are encouraged to carefully review the bidder instructions prior to the sale, available at https://renoks.gov/P_JiQDVv22snpgO8.
Reno County Officials note that this list is not final, as properties may still be redeemed by owners until Oct. 29th, 2025.
