Timothy Edward “Tim” Lane, 53, died April 20, 2022.  He was born February 20, 1969, in Hutchinson, to Elmo A. and Nancy Jeanne (Poulton) Lane.

Timothy Edward “Tim” Lane, 53, died April 20, 2022.  He was born February 20, 1969, in Hutchinson, to Elmo A. and Nancy Jeanne (Poulton) Lane.

Tim graduated from Buhler High School in 1987, and attended Highland Community College and Eastern Oregon Community College.  He worked alongside his dad as a plumber at Lane Plumbing for many years.  Later, Tim worked at Lowes, where he enjoyed helping customers with their plumbing needs.  Most recently, Tim enjoyed working security for the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and live music concerts.  His hobbies and interests included cars, coaching youth sports, and collecting baseball cards.

Tim is survived by:  his daughter, Jami Lane; mother, Nancy Lane; siblings, Danny Lane (Miriam), Penny Stoss (Steve), and Patty Ayala (Jim); grandson, Ayden Pope, all of Hutchinson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Cremation has taken place.  Friends may sign his book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Elliott Chapel.
