The NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball National Tournament continues today with Day 3 at the Hutchinson Sports Arena. 16 teams remain, while eight teams have packed their bags and are headed home with first round losses.
The second round begins at noon with No. 1 Snow (Utah) facing No. 17 Connors State (Okla.). The second game of the day between No. 2 Cowley (Kan.) and No. 15 Triton (Ill.) will tipoff at 2:30 p.m. The evening session tips at 5:30 p.m. between No. 4 South Plains (Texas) and No. 20 Monroe (NY), that will be followed by No. 3 Indian Hills (Iowa) facing No. 14 Vincennes (Ind.) in the nightcap at 8 p.m.
