BUHLER, Kan. — Buhler Police reminds residents and visitors that doing an improper turn on Main could be an expensive proposition.

"We have been told lately that J turns have been on a rise and have had some close calls," the department said. "Our job is not only to work accidents, but is to prevent accidents! You can turn around north and south of the double yellow lines safely or go around the block to be on the side you want. The fine for an illegal turn is $50.00+$89.00 court cost making the total $139.00."
