MARION COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Marion County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Lexus LX470 driven by Silas Everett Miller, 16, Derby, was southbound on U.S. 56 just south of 270th Road.
The SUV traveled off the roadway to the right, struck a field entrance, rolled multiple times and came to rest on its top.
EMS transported Miller to St. Luke's. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
