Orlene June Alvis |1930-2021|

Orlene June Alvis, 91, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021 at Waldron Place, Hutchinson.  She was born June 30, 1930 in Rago, the daughter of Orth J. and Mary (Fischgrabe) Walters. 

Orlene went to Kingman High School and graduated in 1948. She was a loving housewife. On February 28, 1953, she married Floyd Dale Trent in Tucumcari, NM. He passed away on May 21, 1996. Orlene then married Loyde Alvis on August 19, 1971 in Cimarron. He passed away on April 13, 2015. To both unions, she grew her family by 6 children.

Orlene is survived by 5 children; Marla Werth of Snellville, GA, Martin Trent of Inman, Steve Alvis of Phoenix, AZ, David Alvis of Indian Beach, FL, and Karen Spencer of Medicine Lodge; one brother, Ivan Walters of Pineville, MO; and 18 grandchildren/great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Floyd Trent and Loyde Alvis; and daughter, Mona Davis.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a graveside service scheduled for a later date.
