Kingman accident sends one to hospital Wednesday

KINGMAN, Kan. — Two teenagers were involved in an accident north of Kingman Wednesday night.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, just after 9 p.m. Wednesday, a 2008 Chrysler 300 driven by 19-year-old Samuel B. Livingston was southbound on North Main Street near the intersection of Kansas Avenue on the north edge of Kingman when it struck 16-year-old Megan G. Hensley of Kingman, a pedestrian.

Livingston complained of pain, but was not transported. Hensley was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita for treatment of her injuries. They were suspected to be minor.
