
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The active case count for COVID-19 is down to 220 as of Monday. We were last at 220 cases on August 12.
As of Monday, according to Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System, they only have three COVID patients. Two of those are vaccinated. There are two vaccinated patients in the ICU and one unvaccinated and one vaccinated person on respiratory support.
There are a total of 60 patients in the hospital for all causes. The death count remains at 164 of 10,192 resolved cases, for a death rate of 1.6%.
