John ‘Johnnie’ Martin Kaiser, Jr., 74, died October 10, 2020, at his home. He was born July 23, 1946, in Hutchinson, to John Martin and Bertha Ann (Friesen) Kaiser.
Johnnie graduated from Buhler High School, in 1964. He loved life as a farmer and stockman. Johnnie enjoyed visiting with anyone and everyone, loved collecting guns, and working in his Bobcat to clear pastures. Johnnie was incredibly close and involved with all of his grandchildren. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, South Hutchinson.
On January 15, 1966, he married Nancy Louise Foster, in Hutchinson. They shared almost 55 years of marriage.
Johnnie is survived by wife, Nancy of Windom; children, Angela Baker (Michael) of Wichita, Todd Kaiser (Kristin) of Windom, Amanda Ratzlaff (Gregg) of Buhler, and Mary Kaiser of Lawrence; sister, Donna Patrick (Michael) of Wichita; and six grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jarrin Michael Kaiser.
Parish Rosary will be 6:30 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2020, both at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 612 S. Maple, South Hutchinson, with Father Charles Seiwert officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary. The family will greet friends following the Rosary Thursday evening.
