
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Heartland Credit Union announced this week that Lisa Johnson has been named the new Branch Manager at the HCU Salthawk Center. The HCU Salthawk Center is the student-run branch located inside Hutchinson High School.
As Salthawk Center Branch Manager, Johnson will manage the student interns and lead the HCU financial literacy program at Hutchinson High School. She will also be involved in the selection, training and ongoing development of the student interns throughout the school year and will work closely with our Hutchinson High School business program teacher partners.
Prior to joining HCU, Lisa worked at the Hutchinson YMCA where she served as Childcare Director and, most recently, as the HR/Accounts Payable Manager. Johnson has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Barton Community College and is pursuing a degree in paralegal studies.

HCU also announced that Gleysha Mendez has been promoted to Branch Manager at the 23rd and Severance branch, located at 900 East 23rd in Hutchinson.
Mendez has been with Heartland since 2013, most recently serving as a Financial Service Representative.
