WICHITA, Kan. -- Due to forecasted inclement weather on Sunday, the Wichita State baseball team will now play a doubleheader against South Florida on Saturday beginning at 2:00 pm. Friday's game is still on as scheduled for a 6:00 pm first pitch.
There will be a one hour break between games one and two of the doubleheader.
Saturday's senior day festivities will take place prior to the first game of the twin bill. The Wichita Eagle Family Day Ticket Bundle (purchase 4 or more adult tickets and receive vouchers for 4 hot dogs, 4 sodas, 4 bags of popcorn for only $32) will be available for purchase through the end of the 6th inning of the first game and family day concession vouchers can be redeemed at the concession stand until they close during the second game. The Mother's Day promotion and Kids Run the Bases have been canceled.
