2 Kan. women jailed for alleged meth distribution

SHAWNEE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug charges.

On April 12, the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Task Force, conducted a joint investigation. The Drug Enforcement Task Force received credible information that a large quantity of methamphetamine was being distributed.

Officers arrested two individuals in the 2900 block of SE Adams Street in Topeka.

Patricia Hernandez-Lopez, 22, and Ebonie Dominique McKinzie, 37, both of Topeka, were booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on requested charges of  possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
