HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to the latest update from Reno County Deputy Elections Officer Jenna Fager, the lead for Democrat incumbent Jason Probst in State House District 102 after counting of mail-in ballots that arrived Thursday is six votes.
Probst has 3,229, with Whitesel at 3,223.
Mail-in ballots can still be received and counted through Friday, if they were postmarked by Tuesday.
Provisional ballots will also need to be considered by the county board of canvassers when they meet next week.
