HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Republican Committee will meet in a special session to appoint a person to fill the unexpired term of County Commissioner Bob Bush. Bush died last week after a long battle with cancer. 

The meeting is set for October 27th at 6:30 p.m. at the Stringer Fine Arts Center on the Hutch CC campus. The person appointed will serve the rest of Bush's term which will run through the second Tuesday of January 2021.
