MARION COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 10p.m. Monday in Marion County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2026 GMC Sierra driven by Christopher G. Walker, 36,&nbsp;Bentonia, Mississippi, was northbound on U.S. 56 just north of 340th Street. The pickup crossed over the center line. The pickup and a 2025 International semi driven by Jonathan W&nbsp;Hartico, 49, Wichita, collided.

EMS transported Walker to Wesley Medical Center.&nbsp;Hartico was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
