HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Salthawks oen the Class 5A first round of playoffs as they match up against Emporia High School tonight at Gowans Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
Hutchinson (6-2) is seeded at #4 while Emporia comes in at 2-6 seeded #13. The winner will match up against the Hays Indians who defeated Goddard Eisenhower on Thursday.
Fans can tune in starting at 6 p.m. with the Kansas Kickoff Show from Kpreps and KSHSAA Covered, followed at 6:30 p.m. by the Salthawk Pregame Show presented by Papa John’s Pizza.
The award-winning EAGLE Media sportscast crew will have the call, with Glen Grunwald on play-by-play, Dan “Coach Nac” Naccarato providing analysis, and Matt Peterson producing the video stream on the Hutch High Hudl channel beginning at 6:50 p.m
