SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Power is almost fully restored to Ark Valley Electric customers after Wednesday's winds.
"We still have about forty three outages remaining," said Penny Wood with Ark Valley. "Our crews worked through most of the night to get everyone restored as best as possible, we're working to get those remaining ones taken care of right now."
Wood said the utility has an estimated thirty-five broken poles.
