
BURRTON, Kan. — One person was injured in a single vehicle accident Thursday morning.
The Reno County Sheriff’s Department reports that 34-year-old Jerome Love of Burrton was traveling west on US-50 around 7:35 a.m. when he lost control of his van in icy conditions. The vehicle left the road and overturned.
A passenger in the van, 31-year-old Tegan Barrett of Burrton was taken by EMS to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Love was not injured in the accident.
