The Hutchnson City Council will be meeting on Tuesday evening. Items on the agenda include:
• Consider an Ordinance Charging Franchise Fee for Transportation of Natural Gas by Black Hills Energy.
• Consider an Ordinance Authorizing the Loan Agreement Amendment No. 1 between the City of Hutchinson and the Kansas Department of Health & Environment.
• Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of $5,270,000 General Obligation Bonds Series 2025-A and $1,065,000 General Obligation Bonds (Taxable) Series 2025-B.
• Consider an Resolution for Public Hearing on Advisability of Community Improvement District (CID) for Hutchinson Mall Phase II.
• Spring Clean-up April 26th & 27th.
• Discussion of murals and signage.
The council meets at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at Hutchinson City Hall.
