James Wales Blanchard, 51, passed away at Hutchinson Health and Rehabilitation, Hutchinson, Kansas on January 28, 2022. He was born in Larned, Kansas on August 6, 1970, the son of Charles Blanchard and Rebecca ( Zamarripa).
