HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County Deputy Elections Clerk Jenna Fager noted that advance voting starts this week on Oct. 17.
"The full time advance voting will be here at the annex," Fager said. "We will do satellite voting. That's going to be on Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wesley Towers. Then, we'll also have another place. It's at the HutchCC Stringer Fine Arts building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. That's going to take place Oct. 29."
If you are a registered voter in Reno County you can vote at any one of those places, just bring your Photo ID like you normally would.
"We typically do, on the larger elections, we try to allow other options for people to go, rather than just here at the annex," Fager said.
There will be a few extended hours periods at the annex, too.
"On Wednesdays, we'll actually be open until 7 p.m.," Fager said. "We will have one Saturday. That's going to be Nov. 2, here at the annex."
