WICHITA, Kan. — Former Wichita State men's basketball player Henry Carr, died early Tuesday morning, according to a post on X from Antoine Carr.
Carr played 108 games for the Shockers from 1983-87, making 74 starts. He averaged seven points and nearly five rebounds during his four-year tenure in Wichita.
He then was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in the seventh round of the 1987 NBA Draft, but never played in the NBA.
Henry was the younger brother of former Shocker and NBA great, Antoine.
