KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Royals announced Monday that all Royals games will be produced and distributed by Major League Baseball on Royals.TV for the 2026 season.

Royals games will be available on cable and satellite television, as well as through the MLB App.

“This is a big win for our fans,” Royals president of business operations Cullen Maxey said. “MLB pioneered and remains the leader in delivering high-quality sports content to streamers, and we’re thrilled to partner with them to bring our exciting team to a broader audience. Reach is paramount to what we do, and our games will continue to be in all the places fans are used to watching, plus hopefully some more.”

MLB pioneered direct-to-consumer sports programming and continues to lead the industry in production quality and innovation. According to MLB, fans of teams that have joined its production model have maintained access through cable, satellite and streaming platforms, with many gaining expanded viewing options.

Fans who live inside the Royals’ home television territory will be able to purchase a Royals.TV in-market streaming package for $99.99 per year through MLB.com or the MLB App. Subscriptions for the 2026 season will be available later this month. Fans can sign up for more information at royals.com/watch.

Out-of-market fans can watch Royals games with an MLB.TV subscription, priced at $149.99 per year.

Royals broadcasts will continue to feature the same on-air team, including Ryan Lefebvre and Jake Eisenberg on play-by-play, Rex Hudler and Jeremy Guthrie as analysts, and Joel Goldberg and Jeff Montgomery handling pregame and postgame coverage.

In addition to television and streaming options, Royals fans in the Hutchinson market can once again hear every game on KWBW Radio at 1450 AM and 98.5 FM throughout the season.
