HARVEY COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before noon Wednesday in Harvey County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Chevy Equinox driven by Jessica Shaver, 36, Potwin, was southbound on Interstate 135 at 125th Street North. The SUV traveled off the roadway, continued approximately 150 yards through the median and struck a tree in an embankment.
EMS transported Shaver to Wesley Medical Center. She was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
