
MANHATTAN, Kansas— K-State (8-1) will face a pair of Summit League foes this week, as the Wildcats host Kansas City on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday's game will feature K-State's annual partnership with Fort Riley's Operation Santa toy drive and halftime Teddy Bear Toss. Fans are encouraged to donate a new toy at Operation Santa or to toss a new stuffed animal for donation onto the Bramlage floor at halftime.
• The game will be televised on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, as Brian Smoller (play-by-play), Missy Heidrick (analyst) and Jazsmin Halliburton (sideline) will have the call.

• Kansas City (3-5) has dropped five of its last six games following a 61-50 loss at Grand Canyon on Dec. 3. Wednesday's game will be the fifth game of a six-game road trip for the Roos.
• On the sideline, Kansas City is led by first-year head coach Dionnah Jackson-Durrett. The 2005 graduate of Oklahoma has taken the reins of a college program for the first time this season after serving as an assistant coach at Texas last season.

Glenn Reaches Rare Lines
• Jaelyn Glenn continues to provide unique stat lines for K-State.
• For the season, Glenn is averaging 15.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.4 steals and 2.0 assists. She is also shooting 43.2 percent from the field including 40.4 percent from 3-point range.
• According to Stats Perform, Glenn is one of four players among Power 5 schools and the only player in the Big 12 currently averaging 15 or more points, five or more rebounds, two or more assists and two or more steals.
• Glenn ranks sixth in the Big 12 in scoring, leads the league in 3-point field goal percentage, and is second in steals per game. She is 34th in the nation in 3-point field goals made (23) and 38th for total steals (22).
• Against Wisconsin on Nov. 11, 2022, Glenn tallied 16 points on 6-of-12 shooting including a 3-of-6 effort from 3-point range, eight rebounds, five steals and three assists.

Charity Stripe is Kind for Sundell
• Serena Sundell has bolstered her point total with a consistent approach at the free throw line in her time at K-State.
• The guard from Maryville, Missouri, owns a career free throw percentage of 81.6 percent (120-of-147). She has 12 games in her career with five or more made free throws.
• This season, Sundell is 44-of-53 (.830) from the line which includes a a season-high eight free throws made on a career-high tying 10 attempts against Wisconsin on Nov. 11 and again against Utah Tech on Nov. 20. Sundell has an active streak of 13 consecutive free throws made, the longest of her career.
• In the 2021-22 season, Sundell led the Wildcats in free throw percentage, .820, and was second on the team in free throws made and attempted, 82-of-100. In league play, Sundell ranked eighth in the Big 12 with a free throw percentage of .806 (54-of-67).
• Sundell's free throw percentage last season of .820 was the highest free throw percentage by a Wildcat since Peyton Williams tallied a .856 effort in the 2017-18 season.
• Sundell tallied a career-best 12 consecutive free throws made over a four-game stretch from Jan. 15 to Jan. 29.
• Against Texas Tech on Feb. 5, Sundell made a career-high nine free throws on a career-best 10 attempts.
Gregory Approaches 1,000 Points
• Guard Gabby Gregory has been a dynamic addition to the K-State lineup this season.
• In her career, Gregory has scored 975 points (12.0 ppg) and needs 25 points to reach 1,000 in her career.
• This season, Gregory is averaging 21.1 points on a .427 field goal percentage, including a .364 three-point percentage and a .847 free throw percentage. She is also averaging 6.1 rebounds.
• Gregory leads the Big 12 and ranks 10th in the nation in scoring average and ranks ninth in the nation for total points scored (190).
• Against Northern Arizona on Nov. 25, Gregory attained a career-high 35 points and pulled in 10 rebounds to notch her second career double-double. She is the 10th player in program history to score 35 or more points in a game and the point total ranks tied for 10th in school history for points in a single-game.
• This was Gregory's first career game with at least 30 points and 10 or more rebounds.
• The product of Tulsa, Oklahoma, earned her first career Big 12 Player of the Week honor following the first week, as she averaged 22.0 points per contest on a 50.0 percent field goal percentage including a 40.0 percent effort from 3-point range, a 90.9 percent effort from the foul line, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists. Her 44 points in the first two games were the most by a Wildcat in their first two games in purple and white.
