3. All entries must be filled out in person, in-store. Entry blanks or pads may not be removed from stores.&nbsp;
4. &quot;Box stuffing&quot; or tampering with the registration process to create an advantage for the drawing will warrant disqualification from any and all drawings for the remainder of the contest. &nbsp;
5. Only one cash winner per household for the duration of this contest. No purchase necessary to win. Visit HutchPost.com or listen to Eagle Hutchinson stations (listed in rule No. 8) for a list of participating sponsors.&nbsp;
6. Only complete, printed and legible entry forms accepted. No adhesive address labels accepted.&nbsp;
7. The &quot;Grand In Your Hand Cash Giveaway&rdquo; is open to all Kansas residents in the KHUT, KWBW or KHMY listening areas who are at least 18 years old, except employees of Eagle Communications and their immediate families. Employees of participating businesses and their families may enter at other participating businesses; HOWEVER, NOT AT THEIR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.&nbsp;
8. Participating media with Eagle Communications in Hutchinson are: KHMY-FM My 93-1; KHUT-FM Country 102.9; KWBW-AM 1450/KWBW-FM 98.5; and HutchPost.com.&nbsp;
9. Register any time at participating sponsor store locations during regular business hours and online for each participating digital sponsor at HutchPost.com. &nbsp;
10. Each Friday during the contest, each sponsor will draw three random eligible &quot;finalist&quot; entries from their in-store registration box and will discard all remaining entries. 3 random eligible &ldquo;finalists&rdquo; will also be computer generated from each digital sponsor registration at HutchPost.com. A representative from Eagle Radio will then gather the finalists from each sponsor for a random drawing of that week&apos;s $1,000 winner. Winner will be announced on air and contacted via phone the following Monday morning. All winners will also be listed on the contest page at HutchPost.com.&nbsp;
11. If a randomly drawn winner cannot be reached via phone within 7 days of the drawing, the winning name will be disqualified and a new random winning entry will be drawn from the remaining &quot;finalist&quot; entries.&nbsp;
12. Each weekly random winner will receive a check for $1,000. All winners are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.&nbsp;
13. Signing of entry form allows Eagle Radio to use your name, likeness, image, character or voice for promotional purposes.&nbsp;
14. No sponsors or their affiliates assume any liability in connection with this giveaway.&nbsp;
15. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.&nbsp;
16. Eagle Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entry for violation of contest rules. &nbsp;
17. Eagle Radio cannot be held responsible for inability to register because of sponsor closure, sponsor COVID-19 PPE requirements, construction, blockade, online outage or other unforseen circumstances. &nbsp;
